Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only.
We do not issue refunds or exchanges.
If eligible, we would gladly issue you store credit in the form of a personalized discount code in the amount being returned to the email address on file.
We must receive your return within 30 days of your order date to be eligible for store credit.
Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.
Returns must be in original condition, scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip and Return Form with the return.
Returns must be received within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase). Returns older than 31 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
All intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

To return your item, mail to Lush Avenue Apparel, 7410 S. 22nd Lane, Phoenix AZ 85041. Remember to enclose your Return Form along with your package slip.
We recommend using a traceable service such as USPS flat rate shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
